About the Position

The Office Administrator will provide administrative and operational coordination support to the Regional Manager. The role requires a person who can coordinate multiple administrative functions, maintain accurate records, assist with financial and procurement processes, support governance activities and ensure that regional operations are properly coordinated.

Key Responsibilities

The Office Administrator will also coordinate logistical arrangements for regional technical operations, meetings, travel and training. Fleet tracking and other operational coordination duties may also form part of the role.

The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to make administrative processes more efficient and by promoting cost-effective business practices.

Additional responsibilities include supporting Occupational Health and Safety compliance and Quality Management System activities.

The position will also facilitate stakeholder communication and help maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Education and Training Requirements

Applicants are required to have an:

Advanced Certificate in Secretarial / Administration (NQF Level 5).

Additional qualifications or knowledge in areas such as marketing, brand management and basic management skills would be beneficial.
