Job Summary
The Office of the Chief Justice seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Clerk: Legal to provide research, administrative, and case management support to the Regional Court President/Chief Magistrate. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of the judicial system while developing specialist legal and administrative skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) – no prior experience required.
- Advantage: NQF Level 6 or 7 qualification in a related field.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Public service legislation, prescripts, and regulations.
- Library and information science processes.
- Legal subjects and terminology.
- Clerical procedures, data capturing, statistics collection, and office administration.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Teams.
