Administration Clerk: Support (Unit for Infection Prevention and Control)
Location: Tygerberg Hospital, Parow Valley
Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Appropriate relevant experience

Key Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Department and the IPC team
- Ensure efficient office management and administrative support
- Submit statistics and completed NMC forms
- Order consumables and equipment
- Manage assets and assist with awareness campaigns and workshops
- Support meetings including venue booking, agenda preparation and minute taking
- Manage the diary of the Head of Department
- Prepare training rooms when required
- Type and print documents, reports and correspondence
- Track documentation and maintain filing systems
