Minimum Requirements

  • An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in:
    • Operations Management
    • Public Management / Public Administration
    • Business Administration / Management
    • Financial Accounting / Finance
      (Qualification must be recognised by SAQA)
  • Minimum of 2 years functional experience in:
    • Client Services environment
    • Claims Processing environment
    • Insurance environment
