The Department of Employment and Labour invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of UIF Client Service Officer, with 454 posts available across multiple Labour Centres and Satellite offices. Interested individuals must hold a Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate and have up to six months of relevant experience. The role requires knowledge of several key acts and regulations, including the Unemployment Insurance Act, Public Finance Management Act, and Protection of Personal Information Act, along with strong communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities include screening applicants, processing UIF benefit applications, registering payment continuation forms, and performing related administrative functions.
