Department of Social Development invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Transport Clerk (10 months contract)

Requirements :

Duties :

Vehicle reconciliation including tracker analysis, report Vehicle inspection, record and maintain records on the status of GG Vehicle. Retrieve records on vehicle inspection as required.

Book vehicles for repairs and servicing, file and maintain records of repairs and services on vehicles. Compliance monitoring of vehicles. Monitoring of vehicle utilization, maintain records on the analysis of underutilization and overutilization of GG vehicles and subsidized vehicle
