Salary Range: R 26,733 – R 38,010 per month (Six-month Fixed-Term Contract)

The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA), a statutory body headquartered in Centurion, regulates the private security industry in South Africa. Requirements
  • Qualifications: National Diploma in Office Administration, Public Administration, Business Management, Information Management, LLB, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration, executive support, or a related role.
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): Applicable knowledge and experience may be considered during the selection process.

Key Performance Areas
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Office of the Director, including diary management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Monitor and track deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups for the Director’s office.
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, briefing notes, presentations, and official documents.
  • Maintain filing systems and document control, ensuring compliance with organizational standards for records management.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Director’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support legal and compliance functions by reviewing documents, agreements, and submissions prior to executive consideration.
  • Conduct basic legal research and provide administrative assistance in preparing reports or recommendations for the Director.
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in handling all legal and administrative matters.
  • Assist in implementing efficient office processes, procedures, and compliance measures for the Director’s office.
