FACILITIES CLEANER

The Facilities Management Division is seeking to appoint Facilities Cleaner in the Cape Town Offices.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning of offices/labs, common areas (ablution facilities and kitchen) and meeting rooms:
- Cleaning of office/labs, common areas and meeting room in the morning before staff enters their office space
Tea supplies, arrangements and cleaning material:
- Check stock of tea, coffee, sugar and milk in kitchens
- Refreshment arrangement during meetings
- Request replenishment of supplies
Up keep of cleaning equipment:
- Maintenance of cleaning equipment
Core Requirements:
- Grade 8 or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years office cleaning experience
- Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate (read and write)
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
