Job Purpose

Primary Functions
- Clear sewer blockages.
- Excavate and backfill trenches using shovels, pickaxes, rakes, and rammers for sewer pipe repairs.
- Load and unload equipment, materials, and tools.
- Operate water pumping equipment.
- Assist with aligning and fitting water pipe sections during repairs.
- Perform general tasks like handling tools, cleaning the workplace, and adhering to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Clean the depot and wash the plumber’s vehicle.
