Key Responsibilities
As an Office Aid, you will support the daily operations of the Mmabatho Provincial Office through a variety of essential tasks, including:
- Maintaining a Clean Office Environment
- Ensure all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas, are clean, tidy, and professional at all times.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and waste management, adhering to best practices for hygiene and safety.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to maintain a hygienic workplace.
- Providing Food Service Assistance
- Assist with catering tasks, including preparing and serving refreshments for meetings, workshops, or office events.

- Support the setup and cleanup of catering services for office functions.
- Supporting Stock Distribution

- Ensure proper storage of stock to maintain quality and accessibility.
- Performing Messenger Functions
