The Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Registry Clerk within the Records and Registry Services. This role involves providing efficient registry counter services, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensuring effective filing and records management. Candidates must have a Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent NQF level 4 qualification recognized by SAQA, with preference given to those holding qualifications in Records or Archives management. Registry Clerk: Records and Registry Services with five posts across different locations:

  • Head Office Polokwane (1 position)
  • Capricorn (1 position)
  • Mopani (3 positions) 

Successful applicants will demonstrate strong client orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Knowledge of registry duties, legislative frameworks governing public service, as well as the National Archives Act and MIS procedures, is essential. The department offers permanent positions at various locations within Limpopo, including Polokwane, Capricorn, and Mopani.
