Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates should hold NQF level 6 qualification (Public Management/Business Management/Management Science) as recognised by SAQA.
- Computer literacy is essential.
Added Advantage: A valid driver’s license and/or administrative / clerical experience.
Duties: The incumbent will provide a grant customer care service. Screen and capture grant applications including beneficiary maintenance functions effectively. Administer medical bookings and assessments. Provide off-site grant application services to clients. Scanning and batching of grants files.

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold Senior Certificate NQF level 4 as recognised by SAQA. Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential. A three-year National Diploma in Public Management / Business Management / Facility or Property Management (NQF6) and knowledge in Facility Management will be an added advantage
Duties: Assist with the administrative functions pertaining to Facilities Management within the Region. Assist with the administrative support
services such as: Registry, rendering of services through 3rd parties (Cleaning, catering etc.). Record, capture and retrieve correspondence
and data pertaining facilities management. Travel arrangements. Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act
(PMFA, Chapter 6, Part 3).
