Purpose of the Job
- Assisting Financial Manager with Financial information
- Performing Secretarial and Switchboard Duties
- Compiling data into reports
- General Admin work
- Sending out of new applications
- Emailing of invoices, credit notes and PODs
Job Objectives
- Assisting in obtaining quotations
- Doing BBB Coordination
- Matching Courier waybills to invoice
- Answering of phone
- Dealing with customer queries
- Assist the Finance Manager to keep reports up to date
- Requesting copies of PODs/invoices for customer
- Monitoring of Sinapi and Transpharm email box
Qualifications
Essential:
- Minimum Grade 12
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Office Administration is advantageous

- Excellent Verbal Communication skills
- Telephone etiquette
- Computer literacy- Excel (important), Word, Outlook
