Purpose of the Job

Key Performance Areas
  • Switchboard Management: Handle all incoming calls, provide accurate information, and transfer calls to the correct department or individual. Ensure the switchboard operates smoothly and remains functional at all times.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and assist with client inquiries, including stock collections and payments.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks, manage boardroom bookings, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate recipients.
  • Message Handling: Record and relay messages accurately, ensuring timely communication within the organization.
  • Directory Maintenance: Regularly update and manage the company phone directory to reflect accurate contact information.

Qualifications

Experience
