- Assist with office administration
- Handling student enquiries
- Knowledge of general student information
- Proactive-initiative to identify and do tasks
- Punctuality, reliability and time management are essential
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Entering data/typing
- Assist with filing of documents
- Assist with general office orders
- Perform general administration as per instruction by supervisor and the HOD
Minimum Requirements
- Academic qualifications:
- National Diploma in Office Management and Technology or an equivalent qualification
- Experience:
- Previous experience as an Admin Assistant
- Experience with the use of Microsoft Office and other ICT tools
