Successful candidates will be responsible for providing essential handyman services within court buildings, including relocating office equipment, performing minor repairs, unblocking drains, fitting globes, fixing plugs, and maintaining office furniture. Additional duties include conducting routine building inspections, monitoring maintenance work performed by service providers, attending to minor plumbing and electrical issues, and ensuring all tasks adhere to departmental standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
