Requirements

  • Grade 10 / ABET Level 4 or equivalent qualification

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of neatness and hygiene in the facility

Requirements

  • Grade 10 / ABET Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • Code B or C1 valid driver’s licence with PDP
  • 7 – 12 months relevant experience as a driver

Competency Profile:

  • Ability to carry out driving and messenger duties responsibly and efficiently

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver documents internally and externally
  • Collect and deliver mail to and from the Hospital
  • Transport employees and patients
  • Collect and deliver office equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance on the allocated vehicle and report defects timeously
  • Conduct daily trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in the best condition at all times
  • Complete all required and prescribed records and logbooks regarding the vehicle and goods handled
