The Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) invites interested and suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Stoma Admin Assistant to be based in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Position: Stoma Admin Assistant
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Closing Date: 30 October 2024
Position Details:
- Permanent position based at the CANSA Stoma Clinic in Athlone, Cape Town
- Assisting patients with all Stoma product orders and queries
- General administration within the Stoma Clinic
- Medical Aid claim submissions and follow ups for patients
- Stocktaking
- Liaise with Stoma Therapists, Nursing Staff eg. Clinic days and patient queries
Please note that consideration will only be given to applicants with the following:
- Minimum Grade 12, any Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- At least 3 years proven Administrative & Basic Accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, internet-based applications, and computer
equipment - Excellent Patient-oriented communication and interpersonal skills
- Analysing and interpreting numerical data and produce workable solutions
- Able to work in a team as well as independently within a highly structured and
pressurised environment - Exceptional Organising and Time Management Skills
- Professional appearance
- Non-smoker
