Purpose Statement
- To support the efficient operation of a function or department by providing administrative assistance which encompass various tasks aimed at ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication and delivery.
Education (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Education (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge:
- Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- General administration practices and processes.
- Basic technology and data handling
- Typical office equipment e.g. Printer, conferencing facilities
Experience:
- 2+yrs experience in an administrative or secretarial role or office environment
Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Communications Skills
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
