Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) presents an opportunity for our In-Service Trainee Programmes in 2024. The In-Service Trainee will commence in April 2024 for a period of 12 Months. We are looking for learners across the following categories: Engineering, Processing and Quality Assurance.
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is a proudly South African company which began operating as a legal entity in July 2016, after the merger of six non-alcoholic ready to drink bottling operations. The basic entry requirements for all In-service Trainees Programmes include:
- You must be South African Citizen within the parameters of our Employment Equity requirements.
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- You must have completed Matric with Mathematics or Math Literacy at 40%
- You should also have completed English and any other South African language at 40%.
- You must be currently unemployed.
- You should not have completed the same qualification/learnership at another company.
Additional Requirements – Engineering In-Service Trainee
- Studying towards a National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related qualification.
- Applicants must have completed theoretical modules and require practical exposure to complete their qualification.
Additional Requirements – Processing In-Service Trainee
- Studying towards a National Diploma Chemical Engineering.
- Applicants must have completed theoretical modules and require practical exposure to complete the qualification.
Additional Requirements – Quality Assurance In-Service Training
- Studying towards Microbiology/Biotechnology/Food Technology, or related qualification.
- Applicants must have completed theoretical modules and require practical exposure to complete the qualification.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo Literacy and Numeracy testing, medicals, and security clearance checks.
