Applications must be submitted using the prescribed Z83 application form together with a detailed CV. Applicants must use the current prescribed Z83 form. An incorrect or outdated Z83 form may result in disqualification.
The Z83 must be properly completed, initialled, signed and dated. Page 1 must be initialled, while Page 2 must be signed and dated.
Candidates do not need to submit certified copies of qualifications and other supporting documents when applying. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to provide certified copies before or on the interview date. Such documents should not be older than six months.
