Epiroc South Africa invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the General Assistant vacant post based in Pretoria.
Position: General Assistant – Mernok
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Main tasks and Responsibilities
Cleaning designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc)
• Cleaning of restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
• Maintain cleaning and grocery inventory, placing orders for new products monthly
• Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, milk sugar etc.
• General administrative work
• Removal of trash in office areas
• Preparing refreshments for Senior management and visitors
• Reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the business
• Do reprographic work including copying, collating, stapling and scanning, etc.
• Assist with the preparation of work areas, entertainment areas and documents/folders for meetings or gatherings
• Tidying office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances)
• Cleaning glass windows/panes, walls and doors
• Assist in the production department when needed.
