Vacancy: Road Safety Administrator – FSS
Location: Secunda Sasol
Purpose of the job: To provide an administrative service to the road traffic of the Support services
Job requirements:
Qualifications and expertise required:
- Grade 12Â
- MS Office | Computer literacyÂ
- SAP PtP experienceÂ
- Online systemÂ
- Right crowd systemÂ
- 2 to 3 years administrative | Road Traffic Services experience will serve as an advantageÂ
Job specific experience required:
- Maintain accurate Master compliance file service provider personnelÂ
- Updating and distribution of control documentsÂ
- Effective handling and managing of enquiriesÂ
- Effective office administrationÂ
- Service Provider Monthly reportÂ
- Liaison with other business units and service providersÂ
- Document handling and management, including the typing of documentsÂ
- Handling of sensitive / confidential informationÂ
- Liaise, support and integrate with team membersÂ
- Always promote positive image of companyÂ
- Maintain effective follow up systemÂ
- Administer and maintain records managementÂ
Functional competencies:
- Excellent communication skillsÂ
- Prioritizing and control of workloadÂ
- Must be able to communicate, liaise and work with all levels, internally and externallyÂ
