Requirements:
Grade 12
Code 10/C Driver’s License – Valid.
Public Drivers Permit – Valid.
Two years’ experience as a Driver/Messenger.
Competencies:
Strong work ethics and team player.
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material.
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills.
Customer Service Orientation.
Proficiency on MS Office (Excel – intermediate, Word – intermediate, PowerPoint – intermediate).
Duties:
Delivery and Messenger Service as an when required from the various units.
Staff and Visitor transportation Services
Vehicle Maintenance and Monitoring
Conduct office inspections and complete inspection sheets.
Assist Facilities manager to attend to facilities queries in the office as needed.
Collate monthly evidence for all activities for monthly unit reporting.
