About the Position

The General Administration Clerk will provide administrative support to Student Support Services in line with the Student Support Services Plan Framework. Responsibilities will include maintaining student records, assisting with student support programmes, coordinating events and activities, and supporting academic and career guidance initiatives.

The position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, computer literate, and capable of managing multiple administrative functions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 or NCV Level 4 certificate.
  • An appropriate recognised three-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

    • Any other relevant equivalent qualification
  • Between 0 and 1 year of relevant experience in a Student Support Administration environment or related field.

Administrative Support Services
  • Provide general administrative support to Student Support Services.
  • Assist campuses, academic departments, and central management with administrative requirements.
  • Prepare and type correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Manage electronic and manual filing systems.
  • Capture and update student information accurately.
  • Assist with student registration administration processes.
Student Support Administration
  • Maintain accurate records of student academic progress.
  • Monitor and follow up on student support interventions.

  • Support implementation of student development programmes.

Event Coordination and Logistics
