We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Witbank, Mpumalanga area.
The succesful candidate will be responsible for capturing data on train movements and liaise with corporate office, customers, third party sales, Transnet and all GOSA Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Capturing data of all inland & export rail sales for debtors and the finance department.
- Capturing actual road sales tons as well as receiving/capturing external road deliveries.
- Processing rail intents and distributing train schedule.
- Processing third party sales and trains on SAP.
- Processing of various report required.
- Performing Reservations from stores.
- Performing general office administration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12.
- Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
- Driver’s license Code EB (08).
Minimum Experience
- MS Office Proficiency.
- Knowledge of Transnet documentation and basic Stock and material keeping will be advantageous.
- SAP experience will be advantageous.
- Transnet experience will be advantageous.
