Minimum Requirements
·Grade 12 / NQF equivalent qualification.
·At least 2 year’s administrative experience is required and experience in retail will be advantageous.
·Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
·Task and deadline orientated with excellent planning, organising, prioritising and time management skills.
·Excellent literacy and numerical skills with an accurate working ability and close attention to detail.
·Ability to maintain a consistent reliable standard of work and act in the best interest of the company.
·Ability to demonstrate a systematic working ability.
·Computer literate with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Ordering and distribution of necessities.
·Ordering and managing of the office stationery.
·Responsible for admin related to the Henwil Chickens Retail Store as well as the Galito’s section.
·Assist with the administration with regards to the staff e.g. timesheets or HR forms.
·Office administration like filling, record-keeping, obtaining signatures and any ad hoc clerk duties as given through by management.
