The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
- BEng degree in industrial engineering.
- Strong conceptual reasoning skills and ability to reason out complex problems.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong work ethic and focus on quality of work.
- Ability to innovate.
- A passion for packaging/plastics manufacturing would be a distinct advantage.
- Technical savvy and the ability to understand process capability and optimization.
- Influencing others is your secret weapon in delivering on time in full every time.
- Strong Initiative and sense of urgency ensure that deadlines are met.
- Strong service orientation and willingness to work with a team to deliver results.
- Strong resilience, grit and a the drive to deliver in dynamic environment.
