The Johannesburg Development Agency invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Cleaner/Housekeeper X3 posts.
Position: Cleaner/Housekeeper X3
Salary Package: R 1,027,924 – R1 541 887 p.a TCTC (including benefits)
Purpose of the position: To support and assist the responsible manager to maintain a safe and clean environment. Cleaning areas as assigned include floors, bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, windows, common areas, outside yards etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean offices, vacuum rooms and corridors and empty all waste bins
• Work with the cleaning team to ensure that the JDA is clean and tidy at all times
• Set up boardrooms for meetings. This may involve preparing tea/coffee/moving furniture and/or equipment around the room or from another area of the building
• Observe health & safety procedures
• Work safely at all times and report any potential hazards, faults, or problems to a Section Supervisor or the Facilities Manager
• Sweep and mop floor surfaces
• Report anything in need of repair or replacement to the Facilities Manager. Conduct any adhoc duties.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 qualification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping.
