KwaZulu-Natal Office of the Premier in partnership with LGSETA is offering an Internship Programme and Work Integrated Learning Programme for 120 interns/learners for a period of 12 months.
The interns/learners will be deployed in Provincial Department and Municipalities across KwaZulu-Natal. This will provide opportunities to unemployed interns/learners to gain work experience in various skills sets.
INTERNSHIP AND WORK INTEGRATED LEARNING PROGRAMME (WIL) 2024 – 2025 FINANCIAL YEAR
REQUIREMENTS FOR WIL PROGRAMME:
• Applicants must be from KwaZulu-Natal.
• Applicants must be unemployed and have never participated in a Work Integrated Learning Programme from any government department.
• Applicants must be registered with a recognized Institute of Higher Learning (Signed and certified letter from the institute requesting WIL must be attached).
• Applicants must have successfully completed the institutional requirements to enroll in WIL Programme.

REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
• Applicants must be from KwaZulu-Natal.
• Applicants must be unemployed and have never participated in an internship programme from any government department.
• Certified highest qualifications not older than 6 months from the current date (visible documents).
• Where a statement of result is submitted it must be accompanied by a completion letter from the institute.
• Applicants must have successfully completed the institutional requirements from a recognized Institute of Higher Learning to be considered for the Internship Programme.
