Key Responsibilities
- Lead Gender-Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF) Activists in community education and awareness campaigns.
- Organise community mobilisation activities, marches, dialogues and campaigns addressing GBVF.
- Assist with referrals of GBVF survivors to SAPS, counselling services, healthcare facilities and shelters.
- Manage and monitor GBV Activists in consultation with the relevant district manager.
- Coordinate stakeholder collaboration.
- Lead district programmes aimed at involving youth, men and boys in GBVF prevention.
- Manage and implement community safety programmes.
- Manage reports, documentation, timesheets and attendance registers.
- Perform other duties assigned by the relevant manager.
