Minimum Appointment Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Executing Risk Management Processes: Risk Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation / Control, Risk Monitoring, Risk Reporting; โชImplementation of the approved risk management plan; โชAssist National Office and Provincial Offices with monitoring the risk register; โชKeep abreast of trends in risk and compliance; โชMonitor the implementation of risk management framework and policy; โชAssist the Risk Champions on risk and compliance concerns escalated to National Office; โชProduce reports on the following for review by Senior Manager Risk and Compliance: Progress against the approved risk management plan, Assessment of the risk maturity level achieved; โชCoordinate training across LPC (National and Provincial) on risk management framework, and policy (including other policies related to Risk and Compliance Dept); โชProvide inputs for the quarterly risk awareness articles for the LPC; โชAssist in the preparation of the Risk and Compliance Committee agenda; โชConsolidate the Risk and Compliance action list and submit it to the Senior Manager for review; โชMonitor and update the LPC risk register; โชAssist in the development of Risk and Compliance department policies; โชAllocate workload and duties to subordinates; โชMonitor individual performance, in accordance with performance objectives, daily; โชParticipate in the performance review of subordinate and address areas of non-performance, make recommendations on staff development and training requirements; โชProvide coaching to subordinates on work assignments; โชCounsel staff to address discipline and workplace conflict in accordance with policy and procedure.

Key Responsibilities

Receive correspondence for the department; โช Sort, organize and maintain records of the department accuratelyโช; Streamline document filing process ensuring their availability at all times; โช Manage document structuring to ensure easy finding and retrieval when required; โชMaintain a record of finalized files for storage; โชCapture data into the system; Make copies of documents for the agenda; โชComplete requisition for files used in the department; โชLiaise with the document warehouse on the collection of documents/ files for offsite storage in accordance with company policy and procedure; โชRetrieve files from archives;
