Position: Administrator
Location: Cape Town

Job Purpose
To provide the day-to-day administrative support to the depot, including capturing of orders, invoicing, and compiling reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data capturing
- Process and submit invoices as per deadline.
- Processing of orders
- Manage and follow up on credit notes daily.
- Stock Credit debriefing
- Capture stock take counts on system
- Handle and solve principle/ Customer queries.
- Scanning, Processing, and filling of POD, Pick slips and invoices
- Check daily GRV’s and update receiving register.
- Checking data input ensuring that it is correct.
- Send all captured invoices to info-file.
- Tracking, reviewing, and Printing of invoices.
- Reconciling of receipt and invoices
- Booking-in of incoming stock on the system
- Passing credit notes
- Capturing stock take counts
Qualifications/ Experience/Skills required.
- Minimum of Grade 12 is required.
- 3-year relevant tertiary qualification in the logistics field will be advantageous
- 2-3 year’s business experience within an administrative role
- Strong numeracy skills
- Customer service
- Good attention to detail, analytical ability and report writing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with Internal and External Customers
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
- Be able to work with large data
