Merieux NutriSciences in Midrand has a position for a Lab Supervisor in its ISO 17025 accredited Micro laboratory. This position is responsible for the efficient functioning of operations within the Micro Laboratory according to strict standard operational and quality procedures.
Minimum Preferred Qualifications
This position requires strong operational and decision making skills to assess situations, plan, and delegate operational matters to ensure business needs and operational requirements are met. Further the position also requires leadership skills with good interpersonal skills.
Formal Qualification with Microbiology as subject or experience in Micro Laboratory will be an advantage
Experience and training in Operations Management will be advantage
Analytical skills are needed / must be able to assess situation and provide immediate solutions
Must be able to effectively plan, and carry out, or delegate tasks
Excellent Communications skills
Must be able to work in team
Must be able to multitask effectively
