The Client Liaison Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the effective administration and coordination of activities within the regional offices. The position focuses on providing administrative, secretarial, and stakeholder support to ensure that skills development initiatives and training programmes are successfully implemented within the region.
Successful candidates will support the regional central liaison offices by assisting with the management of stakeholder queries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating learner registrations, and ensuring that training initiatives run smoothly.

Purpose of the Role
The Client Liaison Administrator position is designed to support the operational effectiveness of merSETA’s regional offices. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a three-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) or an equivalent qualification that corresponds to a three-year diploma in one of the following fields:
