About the Position

Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Data Preparation and Submission

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for collecting, checking and preparing payroll information before submission to the outsourced payroll provider.

  • Processing information relating to new employees, terminations, overtime, allowances, deductions and leave.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in payroll administration.
  • Experience processing both weekly and monthly payroll.
  • Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA).
