This qualification is suitable for individuals interested in project planning, project coordination, administration and business operations. Learners will gain knowledge and skills related to managing projects, coordinating resources and ensuring successful project implementation.
2. National Certificate: Generic Management

- Credits: 162
The Generic Management qualification focuses on leadership, organisational management, communication and business administration. It is ideal for candidates who wish to pursue careers in management, supervision or business operations.
3. National Certificate: Customer Management

- Credits: 243
This qualification is aimed at individuals who are interested in customer service, client relationship management and customer support functions. Learners will develop skills required to build and maintain positive customer relationships within a business environment.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements before submitting an application:
Educational Requirements
Candidates must possess a National Senior Certificate (Matric) or an equivalent qualification with passes in:
- Mathematics or Technical Mathematics
- English or Business English
In addition, applicants must have completed one of the following TVET College N6 qualifications:
- Sales and Marketing
- Human Resources Management
- Financial Management
- Business Management
- Management Assistant
Only candidates who meet both the Matric and TVET N6 qualification requirements will be considered for the programme.

Learnership Duration and Stipend
The learnership programme will run for a period of 12 months.
