The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) invites interested and suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Walk In Consultant to be based in West Cape, South Africa.
Position: Walk In Consultant
Salary: R20 909 per month
Duration: 12 months fixed term contract
Location: Western Cape, South Africa
Requirements:
Grade 12 and a recognized Diploma in Office Administration / Public Management / Customer Service or equivalent coupled with at least a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service environment.
Computer literate. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process.

● Communication skills both verbal and in writing are essential
● Office administration skills
● Willing to work overtime
● Computer Literacy.
Key Performance Areas:
Assist and attend to clients (business and individual)
● Processing of individual applications
● Assessing documents for completeness and validity
● Printing of ID cards and PSIRA certificates
● Assist clients with the completion of applications on the digital platform
● Accessing information from external systems like CIPC,SARS and interpreting the data
● Attending and corresponding with clients relating to telephonic and email enquiries
● Verification of fingerprints from Home Affairs HANIS system
● Ensure proper filling
● Perform all other administration tasks that are related to this function
● Data capturing
● Relieve a host/hostess
● Interpret and action findings related to Criminal records i.r.o individual applications for registration
● Preparing of monthly stats
