The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) with its head office on Centurion (Eco Park) is the statutory body regulating the private security industry in South Africa. PSiRA is looking for unemployed learners/graduates to participate on the Youth Employment Service Programme.
YES is a collaborative programme that aims to address and reduce youth unemployment in South Africa. By cultivating an interest in the lives and success of youth, PSiRA wishes to align itself with the YES programme’s of connecting youth to economic opportunity. The programme will provide qualified participants with a 12 months experience and many leaning opportunities.

Requirements:
National Diploma/ Degree in Supply Management, Logistics or equivalent.
-Finance: Debt Collection
Requirements:
National Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or Cost or Management Accounting or equivalent.

-Communications
Requirements:
Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies or equivalent.
-Training
Requirements:
National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Development or Management or equivalent.
-Business Information Technology
Requirements:
National Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or equivalent.
-Document Management
Requirements:
BCom Information Management/BINF Information Science/ BA Information Science/ Archival Science/ Degree in Records Management.
-Forensic And Investigation
Requirements:
National Diploma/Degree in Forensic Investigation, BA in Forensic Science, Policing or equivalent.
-Human Resources Management
Requirements:
National Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or Development.
-Business Development
Requirements:
National Diploma/ Degree in Business Management/ Administration or equivalent.
Key Performances:
-Computer literacy, verbal and written communication, innovative, articulate, a good listener, the ability to work in a team, the ability to work under pressure, open-minded, with organizing skills.
-Must have the ability to put other people first (Ubuntu)
-Must be professional, honest, ethical, accountable and have a sense of integrity.
