Requirements:
- Educational: Grade 12
Key Performance Areas and Main Tasks:
- Receive visitors and establish the reason for the visit
- Phone the appropriate employee and make necessary arrangements as per procedure
- Perform administrative duties such as typing when requested
- Attend to other relevant and reasonable tasks as required
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to understand visitors and respond appropriately
- Communication skills
- Good interpersonal and negotiating skills
