Requirements:
  • Educational: Grade 12
Key Performance Areas and Main Tasks:
  • Receive visitors and establish the reason for the visit
  • Phone the appropriate employee and make necessary arrangements as per procedure
  • Perform administrative duties such as typing when requested
  • Attend to other relevant and reasonable tasks as required
Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to understand visitors and respond appropriately
  • Communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and negotiating skills
