Position: Administrator
Location: Midrand, Johannesburg
Looking for an Administrator that resides close to our offices in Midrand and can start immediately. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn and grow with our company, be a good team player and perform under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Preference will be given to an administrative qualification or certificate
- Minimum 2 years working experience in an Administration environment
- Due to the nature of our business and our client base, applicant must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- Please note that the interviews will be conducted mainly in Afrikaans
- The successful candidate should be able to start immediately

- The candidate must be fully computer-literate (Microsoft Office suite) and have excellent administration and organisational skills

Daily duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- General office and administration duties, such as filing, emailing, scanning and telephone enquiries.
- Meticulous data entry, opening of new customer files and coordinate marketing lead sheets.
- Diary and time management.
- Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
- Maintain polite, positive service attitude and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
- General typing and updating of client information and documentation.
- Attend to any catering/beverage requirements for department functions and meetings.
- Act as communication medium between external and internal stakeholders.
- Compile minutes when necessary.
