Minimum Required Qualification: |

- Have NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or Adult Senior Certificate)
- Have At least 1-3 years’ experience in a Training administration Related role within the mining industry.

- Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre

Key Responsibilities: |

- Manage training and event booking catalogue by receiving request, creating bookings and follow up accordingly.
- Capturing external training on Couper.
- Creating attachments of qualifications.
- Provide general administrative support when needed.
- Assist staff with system related problems.
- Take minutes of meetings when necessary.
- Assist with preparation of reports.
- Compile and update training matrix.
- Upload training documents on Symplexity.
- Compile and maintain (Update) training employee personal file.
- Capturing attendance on Symplexity.
- Request and upload external Training.
- Act as a link between Management and accountants.
- Monitoring Training Budget.
- Follow-up of outstanding invoices.
- Control and report outstanding commitments.
