Minimum Required Qualification:
  • Have NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or Adult Senior Certificate)
  • Have At least 1-3 years’ experience in a Training administration Related role within the mining industry.
The Appointee should:
  • Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre
Advantageous Qualifications:
  • Relevant Qualification in Office Administration NQF 5
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage training and event booking catalogue by receiving request, creating bookings and follow up accordingly.
  • Capturing external training on Couper.
  • Creating attachments of qualifications.
  • Provide general administrative support when needed.
  • Assist staff with system related problems.
  • Take minutes of meetings when necessary.
  • Assist with preparation of reports.
  • Compile and update training matrix.
  • Upload training documents on Symplexity.
  • Compile and maintain (Update) training employee personal file.
  • Capturing attendance on Symplexity.
  • Request and upload external Training.
  • Act as a link between Management and accountants.
  • Monitoring Training Budget.
  • Follow-up of outstanding invoices.
  • Control and report outstanding commitments.
