TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Training Administrator to be based in Pinetown. The Training Administrator will report to the Training Services Manager and will have amongst others, the following duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Support:

  • Ensure correct stationery and study material stock availability to facilitate training sessions.
  • Ensure that all travel arrangements are done timeously (flights, accommodation, rental vehicles, etc.) for training facilitators.
  • Arrange and coordinate all Consultant services and requirements (contact details, maps, equipment, training sessions, etc.)
  • Ensure that the registration, accreditation, and certifications register is updated and that certificates are archived and available.
  • Manage groceries stock to support training sessions

Administration Support:

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times with regard to reception and enquiries.
  • Ensure that the relevant database is updated with booked as well as completed courses.
  • Ensure updating facilitator diaries / availability.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient record management and retrieval system is in place and maintained.
  • Complete and update all timeous reports and stats

Customer Development and Services:
•Manage the correct issue of certificates to delegates

Promotional Activities:
•Liaise with Marketing Department regarding new product launches, plan and control promotional
activities, including road shows from time to time as required.

Cost and Credit Control:
•Ensure correct and proper costing from service providers and the payment of those service providers.
•Administering the invoicing process and admin regarding all invoices, etc., for courses.

Qualification / Experience Requirements:
•Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification.
•5 years’ administrative experience.
•2-3 years’ experience in training environment

•Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential.
•Negotiating.
•Time Management.
•Interpersonal Skills.
•Excellent Communication Skills
