Purpose of the Job
The purpose of the Administrator Projects position is to provide efficient and effective programme and project administration support within the Project Management Office environment. Key Responsibilities

Meeting Coordination and Support

Meeting minutes must be accurately recorded and distributed within 48 hours after meetings. Follow-up communication regarding action items, approvals, and outstanding tasks will also form part of the role.
Project Documentation Management
The position requires effective management of project-related documentation and records. This includes maintaining quality assurance processes, version control, and storage of documents on approved Portfolio Project Management Software and SharePoint systems.
The successful candidate will assist Program and Project Managers with obtaining approvals for governance documents and ensuring that project administration processes comply with PMBOK methodology standards.
Administrative and Reporting Duties
The Administrator Projects employee will assist with the preparation of project presentations, reports, and governance documentation. Duties also include gathering, collating, preparing, and distributing project information when required.
