The University of Limpopo invites interested and suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Administrator (Radio Turf).

Position: Administrator (Radio Turf)
Location: Limpopo

SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES AND COMMUNICATION STUDIES
ADMINISTRATOR (RADIO TURF)

Requirements:
•A Bachelor’s degree or three-year Diploma preferably in Administration or related field.
•At least three (3) years working experience as an Administrator at a community radio station.
•Knowledge of ICASA, MDDA ACT, SENTECH ACT, NCRF.
•Computer Literacy
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Skill to multi-task and prioritise projects.
•Ability to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Duties:
The incumbent will be expected to:
•Handle the mail and ensuring the office stationary storage unit is well stocked.
•Organise and store paper work and computer –based information
•Book conference and meeting room facilities
•Schedule and attend management/ board meetings and take minutes.
•Organise staff travel and accommodation requirements.
•Arrange training for staff members.
•Filing
•Assist the Office of the Station Manager
•Overall administrative duties
