The University of the Free State invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for Internship Programme X97 positions for a period of 16 to 24 months.

Graduate Internship: R6 000.00 (24 months)
In-Service Training: R5 500.00 (16 to 24 months)

Description
The purpose of the programme is to offer unemployed UFS graduates (degree) with no relevant work experience the opportunity to obtain practical workplace exposure and experience in their specified disciplines. Only UFS students/graduates who are not employed will qualify for the programme and preference will be given to postgraduate students.

• A certified copy (not older than 6 months) of your identity document (ID).
• Proof of registration with a Professional Body (if applicable).
• A copy of your driver’s license (if applicable).
Inherent Job Requirements
•Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident.
•A UFS graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, an Honours degree or Masters degree, who are unemployed.
The following criteria apply to the selection of candidates:
• Have not participated in any learnership / internship programme.
• Willing to sign a learnership / internship agreement with the UFS.
• Candidate must be available for a period of 16 – 24 months.
