The Department of Campus Protection Services (CPS), Faculty of Operations, requires the services of Seasonal Workers at All Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) Campuses.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Applicants are required to submit, together with their CVs:
- A fully completed standardized TUT application form (available from the university intranet)
- Recently certified copies of qualifications and Identity Document
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in automatic disqualification.
Candidates may be subjected to appropriate psychometric testing and other selection instruments.
Key Performance Areas / Core Functions:
- Production of access/identification cards
- Loading of cards and other consumables onto printers
- Assisting students with registration information whilst in the queue for access cards
- Managing and controlling student queues for access cards
- Issuing safety tips pamphlets to students whilst in the queue
- Taking care of all hardware and consumables used to produce access cards
- Categorising information for both students and staff on the Babylon system
- Checking and verifying the authenticity of university documents presented by students

- National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12)
Experience:
- 1 year in a computer-related environment
