Position: Internship Programme
ICT INTERNSHIP
A great opportunity exists for 2 aspiring ICT technicians to work as part of the Woodlands Dairy ICT team in an internship capacity. Not only do these opportunities enable valuable hands-on exposure to be gained but could also assist in securing future career growth.
Key Performance Areas:
- Basic fault analysis on desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Supporting Microsoft operating system and Office programs.
- Desktop, laptop, and printer maintenance.
- Service Desk 1st line, remote support for tickets logged.
- Network infrastructure support assistance.
Knowledge and Skills:
The successful candidates must have a tertiary IT qualification plus have some exposure to general desktop support and / or network support and have applied it within a working environment.
In addition, the successful candidate should:
- Be a self-starter.
- Be a team player.
- Be comfortable with research/analysis.
- Have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Have a good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Proven ability to deliver against deadlines, prepare procedure documentation and to think creatively will be advantageous. The successful candidate will be professional, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all users.

FINANCE INTERNSHIP
Woodlands Dairy is offering a Dairy internship programme targeted at unemployed graduates.
Applications are invited from interested graduates who meet the minimum requirements and are interested in starting a career in dairy packaging environment.
Who is eligible to apply?
Tertiary graduates (35 years and younger) in the fields Financial Management/Cost and Management Accounting/Internal Auditing/Financial Planning.
Duration:
The internship programme is offered for a period of 12 Months

HR INTERNSHIP (1 year contract)
Key Performance Areas:
- The candidate will be required to assist with Human Resources related duties such as, but not limited to recruiment, welfare, staff functions, industral relations and learning and development.
- The incumbent should be an organized and process driven individual.
- The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and as part of a team and adhere to set deadlines.
- He/ she must have excellent command of the English language, excellent written, grammatical and communication skills, self-motivated and driven individual with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Assist with daily Human Resources related queries from staff.
- The successful candidate will report to the Human Resources Officer in terms of daily activities and/or tasks as well as to monitor the productivity and quality of your work.
- The incumbent will also be responsible for the ordering of stationary supplies for the Human Resources Office.
Knowledge and Skills:
- The successful candidate will have completed a Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management, preferably an unemployed graduates with no previous working experience.
