OUTPUTS:
Perform recruitment administration functions
- Render recruitment-related administration services:
o capture of C.V.’s on the skills matrix
o prepare shortlisting packs and interview packs
o complete and submit the recruitment file of issues.
Perform personnel administration functions
- Render onboarding and personnel administration services:
o Compile personnel administration files (personnel detail forms, banking details, application of tools of trade, nomination of
beneficiaries etc.).
o Review forms and documentation submitted by employees.
o Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives
SAP PA module
- Maintain SAP PA module:
o capture/engage employees on SAP
o maintain/change personnel details such as address, banking details, and marital status.
o organizational reassignment/transfer.
o employee termination.
Facilitate payment of creditors
- Create purchase requisitions (PRs) for recruitment activities accounts such as integrity assessments and travelling fees for employees who have been invited for interviews.
- Request supplier documents and ensure that they are loaded on the Vendor system.
- Liaise with creditors to submit invoices and statements.
- Ensure that the statement and invoice correspond with the PO before creating the GRV.
- Liaise with SCM and Finance to ensure invoices are processed and Recruitment suppliers are paid.
- Create a Service Entry Sheet for the SAP System.

Administration/Public Administration Management - MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) HCM processes & practices
- Grade 12
EXPERIENCE
- 3 years administration experience within the HR/ HCM environment
